3 Cal State students sue over COVID vaccine requirement

The students state that the requirement to have a COVID-19 vaccination to attend class under federal law policy deprives them of liberty and the right to choose their own health care.

Three California State University students sued the university system seeking to block its COVID-19 vaccination requirement as a violation of their civil rights.
