Family of Angels’ pitcher sues team over deadly overdose

Tyler Skaggs died in a hotel room in 2019. A lawsuit by his estate was filed in Los Angles and one by his parents was filed in Texas.

The family of Los Angeles Angels' pitcher Tyler Skaggs sued the team and two of its communications managers Tuesday because of a deadly painkiller overdose two years ago.
