Bay Area virtual law firm Scale LLP announced Wednesday its new managing partner is David Reidy, former chief legal and compliance officer of financial technology startup PayActiv.
Reidy, a San Francisco industry veteran, was previously head of the financial technology practice of McGuireWoods. He also practiced financial services law at Reed Smith LLP and Buchalter APC.
