Facebook won’t face censorship lawsuit by anti-vaccine group

U.S. District Judge Susan Illston found that Facebook didn’t run afoul of free speech rights by labeling some of an anti-vaccination group’s content as false and unreliable, relying on information provided by federal health regulators to determine what qualifies as misinformation.
