Supreme Court to decide issue over fees in political law cases

The plaintiffs’ attorneys, John D. Spurling and Betty M. Shumener of Shumener, Odson & Oh LLP, asked the state Supreme Court to review the 2nd District Court of Appeal ruling that they said contradicts two 1st District decisions.
