Newsom names 2 state attorneys to Department of Cannabis Control

Matthew S. Lee, the governor’s deputy legal affairs secretary, is the new general counsel for the department. Tamara M. Colson, who was assistant chief counsel of the Bureau of Cannabis Control, is the department’s new deputy director of legal.

Gov. Gavin Newsom appointed two state attorneys to the California Department of Cannabis Control this week.
