Conservative talk radio host might sue over being left off recall candidate list

“If the Secretary of State’s decision is not reversed, we will see them in court,” he said Monday in a statement.

Conservative talk radio host and newspaper columnist Larry Elder has threatened to sue over his exclusion from a preliminary list of gubernatorial candidates in the upcoming recall election of Gov. Gavin Newsom.

The California Secretary of State’s Office told Elder that he didn’t qualify because he submitted incomplete tax returns, but he maintained that he timely filed all the required information.
