Wisk Aero loses early fight in self-driving air taxi trade secrets case
U.S. District Judge William H. Orrick of San Francisco rejected Wisk Aero LLC’s bid for a preliminary injunction, writing the company “has not shown a likelihood of success on the merits that defendant Archer Aviation Inc. has misappropriated its particular asserted trade secrets.”
