Attorney general opposes activist intervention in Prop 65 suit

In her June 20 motion, New York-based attorney Aide Poulson argued the court should let Penny Newman intervene because the state has been “less than enthusiastic” about defending the law. Not so, argued Deputy Attorney General Joshua R. Purtle in his opposition motion.
