Grocers’ suit against Long Beach hazard pay dismissed
Monday’s order by U.S. District Judge Otis D. Wright II in Los Angeles dismissed with prejudice the grocery association’s lawsuit against the City of Long Beach. It follows the federal courts’ dismissal of similar cases the grocery association filed in Montebello, West Hollywood, Santa Ana, Irvine, San Leandro, Oakland and Daly City.
