LA city council expects to be sued for indoor ban on unvaccinated

The city council unanimously voted to ask City Attorney Mike Feuer to prepare an ordinance to “require eligible individuals to have received at least one dose of vaccination to enter indoor spaces.”

The city of Los Angeles will likely face lawsuits if it bars unvaccinated people from entering certain indoor spaces, a city council member said at a Wednesday meeting.
