Affirming San Jose judges, circuit upholds patent defeats

A panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit rejected two appeals by the Texas company over patents on data processing systems, affirming motions to dismiss by U.S. District Judge Edward J. Davila and U.S. District Judge Beth Labson Freeman.
