Landlords’ attorney says it’s easier now to evict renters

“Our firm is doing so many evictions at this point in time even though most people think the Tenant Relief Act means you can’t file anything. That is not true. This week alone I have 20 lockouts,” said the founder of Dennis P. Block & Associates APC in Los Angeles.

It has gotten easier to evict tenants under the state’s latest eviction ban, landlords’ attorney Dennis P. Block said during a Thursday webinar hosted by the Apartment Owners Association of California Inc.
