Morgan Stanley call for lawyers in offices gets some resistance

Clients with big commercial real estate portfolios have cause to be worried. Law firms have shown that it is possible to be efficient even when working remotely. Some law firms have had record years despite revenues remaining flat.

One of Morgan Stanley’s top lawyers caused quite a stir last month when he said law firms that do work for the financial services giant should bring their employees back into the office to improve client services.
