9th Circuit reverses $60M BladeRoom verdict, vacates $18M attorney fee ruling
The appellate panel overturned a jury verdict and fees rulings made by U.S. District Judge Edward J. Davila in 2019 and remanded the case for a new trial.
The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals reversed a $60 million verdict for BladeRoom Group Ltd. on Monday, concluding the district court misinterpreted a non-disclosure agreement between the data design center company and its competitor.
