$13M jury award for child molested by teen at fitness center

Spencer R. Lucas and Nadine N. Khedry of Panish Shea & Boyle LLP sued EOS Fitness Center in Riverside, saying its attendants failed to supervise the 5-year-old girl who was at its Fun House-Kids’ Club while her mother was working out.

A Riverside County jury awarded $13 million to the family of a 5-year-old girl who was sexually abused by a teenage boy while under the care of managers at a fitness facility in Palm Springs.
