Former US attorney in San Diego returns to Seltzer Caplan

Robert S. Brewer had been of counsel with Seltzer Caplan McMahon Vitek before President Donald J. Trump appointed him as U.S. attorney for the Southern District of California in 2018.

Robert S. Brewer, the former U.S. attorney in San Diego, has returned to his previous law firm, Seltzer Caplan McMahon Vitek.

The announcement came Wednesday, seven months after Brewer resigned as top prosecutor for the Southern District of California. Brewer was replaced by acting U.S. Attorney Randy Grossman.
