LA court starts voluntary online resolution of eviction cases
No Judge or court staff will see discussions between the parties, and the only document that will become part of a case file is the final written agreement.




With or without attorneys, parties will be able to settle unlawful detainer cases online with no court involvement, but access to mediation if needed, the Los Angeles County Superior Court announced Monday.
