31% of July bar exam takers had technical problems

“Although the data show that only a small percentage of applicants lost time or answer content, we are troubled by the extent of the problems identified,” said Donna S. Hershkowitz, the bar’s chief of programs.

Nearly a third of those who took the remote bar exam in July experienced technical problems, the California State Bar announced this week. But just 2% of the 7,742 people who took the test lost exam time, the agency said.
