Congressional study ties in with suit against Gerber in LA
Custodio & Dubey LLP is seeking a preliminary and permanent injunction requiring Gerber to properly label its products or remove them from market shelves. It also seeks a civil penalty award of up to $2,500 per improperly labeled unit sold in the last year.




A congressional subcommittee slammed the Food and Drug Administration Wednesday for not better regulating baby food makers after a report found Gerber and other companies' products showed high levels of toxic heavy metals.
