The eleventh hour deal between their client, Eric Murillo and U-Haul Co. of California Inc. came after a three-week arbitration, said Gary A. Dordick and Christopher V. Bulone of Dordick Law Corp.

Last minute deal brings $41.75M for brain-damaged man

Just as a three-arbitrator panel was about to begin deliberations, U-Haul agreed to pay $41.75 million to a man who was brain damaged after jumping out of a moving truck when it caught fire on a freeway, the plaintiff's lawyer said Friday.

Gary A. Dordick and Christopher V. Bulone of Dordick Law Corp. represented the plaintiff.
