CHP settles with former officer, in anti-gay harassment case

The California Highway Patrol and a former officer reached a $2.2 million settlement following a legal battle that included a successful appeal over claims of discrimination, anti-gay harassment and retaliation that began in 2016, Rosen Bien Galvan & Grunfeld LLP announced Friday.
