Judge sentences child rapist to 960 years

Tulare County Superior Court Judge Nathan G. Leedy used his discretion to order the 15-year penalty for each of 64 felony charges to run consecutively.

A Tulare County judge has sentenced a Visalia man to 960 years to life for 64 counts of felony sexual abuse of children.
