Former White House Counsel Pat Cipollone, who defended President Donald Trump in his first impeachment trial, joined Los Angeles firm Browne George Ross O'Brien Annaguey & Ellis LLP to open an office in Washington, D.C., the firm, under a new name, announced Thursday.
