US sues San Diego water board over sewage supervision

In a lawsuit filed on Friday, the government said that a permit regulating a government-run water treatment plan in San Diego contained improper provisions.

The U.S. government has accused San Diego officials of improperly regulating water flow from Mexico to the United States in violation of international treaties.
