Felonies vacated after 46 years for man who made false plea deal at 19
San Francisco Public Defender Manohar Raju announced Thursday that Zachary Vanderhorst has been exonerated and his burglary and rape charge vacated following three years of motions and investigations by Deputy Public Defender Rebecca S.
