LA attorneys win $27.5M for wrongfully fired Walmart pharmacist

Dayton B. Parcells III and Eric M. Epstein won the federal jury verdict after proving the motivating factor in their client’s firing was her coming forward to accuse Walmart of overcharging Medicare customers and not reporting all sales of controlled pharmaceuticals.
