Contractors’ trade secrets suit against Air Force dropped again

The military contractors claimed that the Air Force unlawfully marketed designs for a mobile fire-retardant tank system, which had been developed by a bankrupt company the contractors bought in 2012.

A federal judge for a second time has dismissed a trade secrets lawsuit that military contractors filed against the U.S. Air Force, saying he does not have jurisdiction.
