State bill expected to change name of UC Hastings School of Law
Hastings Chancellor and Dean David L. Faigman said he will cooperate with any legislative change in the school’s name, which requires a change in the law to bring about.
State Sen. Scott Wiener will introduce a bill to change the name of UC Hastings School of Law, according to multiple sources speaking off the record on Monday.
