Contra Costa County Court names commissioners
Commissioner Palvir Shoker, assigned to the Pittsburg courthouse, will preside over the newly established Department 50 and Commissioner Ayana K. Young, assigned to the Walnut Creek and Richmond courthouses, will preside over Department 54.
The Contra Costa County Superior Court announced Monday the appointment of two commissioners.
