Genetic testing company sued for alleged negligence

Lieff Cabraser Heimann & Bernstein filed a negligence lawsuit against Natera Inc., claiming the company failed, among other things, to prevent contamination of its preimplantation genetic tests, resulting in “no result” readings that lead to termination of embryos.
