Suit alleges harassment, bias by former Orange County prosecutor

The former supervisor in the DA’s office, who denied the allegations, retired after an outside investigation confirmed them, a lawsuit states.

A deputy district attorney in Orange County accused a former supervisor of sexual harassment and making discriminatory remarks about her Muslim faith to colleagues, and her attorney said he expects to file seven similar lawsuits soon.

The former supervisor, Gary LoGalbo, boasted of his close friendship with District Attorney Todd Spitzer, served as best man at his wedding, and received a promotion, according to a lawsuit filed Thursday.
