Pfizer says ex-employee stole COVID, cancer trade secrets
U.S. District Judge Cathy A. Bencivengo of the Southern District of California granted Pfizer's request for a temporary restraining order to stop Chunxiao "Sherry" Li from further using, sharing or destroying the company's confidential and proprietary information, and to return any documents containing the information to Pfizer.
