Arbitrator dismisses defamation complaint against Tesla

Richard J. McAdams, a JAMS mediator and former 6th District Court of Appeal justice, ruled that the plaintiff’s claims against Tesla and CEO Elon Musk were barred by California’s one-year statute of limitations.
