State board asks court order for UFW communications with laborers

The Agricultural Labor Relations Board asked a Monterey County court to enforce its subpoena of communications between the United Farm Workers and laborers who say they were retaliated against for siding with a different union.

General counsel for the California Agricultural Labor Relations Board has petitioned the Monterey County Superior Court to enforce compliance with its subpoena against United Farm Workers of America, so the board could continue its investigation into alleged retaliation against agricultural workers by the union.
