Judge aims to deny LA firefighters injunction on vaccine

Weighing the potential harms of the vaccine mandate, Judge Mary Strobel said even if all 789 unvaccinated fire department employees leave as a result, the department has a plan in place to replace them.

A legal battle is heating up between Los Angeles firefighters refusing to comply with vaccine mandates and the city which put 100 firefighters on unpaid leave last week before a judge tentatively ruled to deny the union's motion to halt the mandate.
