I'm accustomed to thinking of Continuing Education of the Bar books as dry practice guides to be consulted on an as-needed basis when embarking on a particular project. Need to figure out how to prepare an application for appointment of a guardian ad litem? Pull out the CEB book, find the right section, then put the book away until the next time you need it again in a few months.
