Peterson resentenced to life without parole
San Francisco Superior Court Judge Anne-Christine Massullo – on assignment in San Mateo County – sentenced Peterson to life for Laci’s murder and fifteen years to life for the murder of his son. Massullo ruled both sentences would be served concurrently.




Scott L. Peterson, the man convicted of murdering his wife Laci and unborn son Conner, was resentenced Wednesday to life without the possibility of parole and fifteen years to life, following a ruling last year by the California Supreme Court that vacated his death sentence.
