Coachella Music Festival wins injunction against similar-named event
Co-defendant Live Nation Entertainment Inc. is now barred from selling tickets to Coachella Day One 22 on Ticketmaster.com.
Organizers of the Coachella Music Festival LLC won an injunction Monday against a rival festival called Coachella Day One 22, in a court order citing a reasonable expectation that the new event's advertising could cause confusion with the unrelated, better-known music and arts event.
