Spotify legal chief to become Disney’s chief legal officer
Horacio Gutierrez takes over Feb. 1 from retiring Alan Braverman.
Horacio E. Gutierrez, a legal officer for Spotify, will become general counsel for The Walt Disney Co. next year, replacing Alan N. Braverman, who has spent nearly two decades in the job.
