Consumer protection law applies to bail bond contracts

Writing for a unanimous panel of the 1st District Court of Appeals, Division 1, Justice Gabriel P. Sanchez found a protection for cosigners under the state’s Civil Code “applies to bail bond premium financing agreements.”
