LA Sanitation sued over 17M-gallon sewage spill

“This is a massive raw sewage spill from one of the world’s largest water treatment facilities,” attorney Alexander R. Wheeler of Parris Law Firm said.

El Segundo residents filed a lawsuit Tuesday, claiming Los Angeles Sanitation allowed 17 million gallons of raw sewage to spill from a treatment plant last year, exposing them to toxic waste.
