Pacific Northwest law firm joins with Pasadena law firm
Anglin Flewelling & Rasmussen LLP and Lagerlof LLP combined will have 47 attorneys in offices in Pasadena, Portland and Seattle.
Anglin Flewelling & Rasmussen LLP and Lagerlof LLP announced a merger Wednesday.
The combined firm will operate under the name Lagerlof, and Joshua R. Driskell of Lagerlof will remain managing partner.
Lagerlof, founded in 1908, has one office in Pasadena. Anglin Flewelling & Rasmussen, founded in 2002, has offices in Pasadena, Portland and Seattle.
