Law Offices of Tracey Buck-Walsh, involving a collateral dispute between a plaintiff and the California Department of Justice, the California Court of Appeal affirmed an order requiring the plaintiff to pay 50% of the DOJ's costs of complying with a subpoena to produce electronically stored information. $95
