Corsair Gaming falsely advertised hardware’s speed, class action alleges

Santa Monica attorneys Jonas B. Jacobson and Simon C. Franzini of Dovel & Luner LLP filed the consumer protection lawsuit in the Northern District of California against the gaming hardware company.

A proposed federal class action alleges Corsair Gaming Inc. misled consumers by falsely advertising the performance of its high-speed RAM.
