Mother sues over child’s social media addiction and suicide
Plaintiff Tammy Rodriguez, represented by Jennie L. Anderson of Andrus Anderson LLP in San Francisco, claims her daughter Selena “struggled for more than two years with an extreme addiction to Instagram and Snapchat.”




Meta Platforms Inc. and Snap Inc. are being sued by the mother of an 11-year-old girl who committed suicide because of her addiction to the companies' social media platforms.
