Supreme Court to consider challenge to FTC structure

Conservatives on the Supreme Court have expressed deep misgivings about the powers of federal administrative agencies.

The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday agreed to consider an appeal of whether federal courts have jurisdiction to consider an Arizona company's challenge to the structure of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission.
