Irvine litigator is Central District’s newest bankruptcy judge

The 14-year term for Ronald Alonzo Clifford III began on Feb. 1. He succeeds Bankruptcy Judge Richard M. Neiter, who retired, and will maintain chambers in Santa Barbara.
