Judge refutes CJP claims he failed to disclose evidence as DA
Orange County Superior Court Judge Michael F. Murray said he had no knowledge of a falsified accident report before or during the trial and only learned of the report’s falsification in 2015.
An Orange County judge pushed back on allegations brought by the Commission on Judicial Performance that he withheld knowledge about a falsified police report from defense lawyers when prosecuting a murder case as a deputy district attorney in 2006.
