Former SEC deputy director to join Debevoise in San Francisco
Kristin Snyder will join the firm’s White Collar & Regulatory Defense Group on March 14. She is leaving the SEC after 18 years.
The former deputy director of the division of examinations at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission will join Debevoise & Plimpton LLP as a partner in San Francisco, the firm announced Tuesday.
